We are a non-profit organization, founded with the aim of promoting and spreading Cornhole in the Ore Mountains, Saxony and Germany. We could use some financial help.

Who is this Cornhole anyway?

Cornhole is a throwing and skill game that is particularly popular in the USA. Two players take it in turns to throw bags filled with corn onto a board about eight meters away. There is a hole in the board. This is where the name comes from.

Well, nowadays the bags are no longer filled with corn but with granules, but the name has remained. Granuleshole also sounds stupid.

So if there is a bag on the board you get one point, if you hit the hole you get three. However, the score is only added up when both players have thrown their four bags. And even then you only get the difference in points to your opponent or your opponent gets the points. In the best case scenario, 12 points are possible in a round. But then the game would be over quickly, because whoever reaches 21 points first wins the game. In real life, however, a game often lasts longer, especially when players of equal value duel and score the same points again and again or simply throw every bag into the hole.
